Platform Role

This platform serves as a marketplace connecting customers with vendors. We facilitate discovery, ordering, and payment processing. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or fulfillment of meals, which remain the sole responsibility of the vendor.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund policies are determined by individual vendors. Customers should review vendor policies before placing orders.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform or from transactions between customers and vendors.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
